📦 Exchange and Return (Products)

Returns within 24 hours and exchanges within 3 days at all stores.
Products must be:

In their original condition
Unused
With packaging and invoice
Excluded:

Balloons after inflation
Flowers
Custom-made products
Used or damaged products
Offers and discounts
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

🎉 Event Planning Services

Booking confirmation requires a 50% deposit (non-refundable).
Cancellation:
72 hours before: Full refund (deposit not included)
Less than 72 hours before: No refund
Modifications allowed 48 hours in advance only
❗Deposit is non-refundable – no refunds after completion

🚚 Shipping and Delivery

Delivery on the same day, the next day, or as agreed upon.

Please ensure your address is correct and respond to the delivery person.

If the item is not received: The order will be canceled and delivery fees will not be refunded.

The store is not responsible for any damage to balloons after delivery.
