Store Policy — Party Balloon

Exchanges and returns — showroom purchases
Showroom returns are available within 24 hours and exchanges within 3 days, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, with packaging and invoice. Inflated balloons, flowers, custom-made products, used or damaged products and discounted items are excluded from this voluntary showroom policy.

Online orders
Customers may cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving a product or contracting for a service, provided they have not used the product, benefited from the service or otherwise obtained a benefit, subject to statutory exceptions, including custom-made products and rapidly perishable products. Customers bear cancellation costs unless otherwise agreed. Rights concerning defects or non-conformity remain unaffected; a discount alone does not remove statutory rights. The showroom policy does not restrict this right.
Amounts due are refunded within 3–7 business days, without exceeding applicable statutory deadlines.

Event decoration services
Booking confirmation requires a 50% deposit. Under the commercial booking terms, deposits are non-refundable; cancellation more than 72 hours before the event allows refund of the amount paid excluding the deposit. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the event does not qualify for a commercial refund. Changes are allowed at least 48 hours in advance only; no commercial refund is available after completion. These terms do not limit statutory cancellation, compensation or refund rights where applicable, including store breach or inability to provide the service.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery is on the same day, the next day or as agreed. Ensure your address is correct and respond to the courier. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the order and delivery costs are settled according to this policy and statutory rights. The store is not responsible for balloon damage caused by misuse after receipt; its responsibility for defects or failure to fulfil its obligations remains unaffected.
